Bausen

This idyllic village of Lower Aran convserves a notable "urbanistic virginity" where the large scale urban projects have not disfugured its rustic appearance. One can find many examples of the typical Aranese terraced slate roofs. However, Bausen is also famous for its millenial beech trees in the Carlas Forest, its spectacular views above the Toran Valley and above all for its lejend which took place at the beginning of the 20th century: The Bausén Lovers.
